Our park models are equipped with standard RV connections for water, sewer, and a 50-amp hookup. Although any size under 400 Sq. Ft. is possible, most units range from 10 to 12 Ft. wide and 20 to 40 ft. long. They feature standard house framing, double-pane windows, 8-inch overhangs, closed-cell foam insulation, and an eļ¬cient 7.5 amp heat pump. As a result, they will draw significantly less power than a standard RV on hot days.
